Our “Shankara’s Renaissance Yatra” of Mission – Kaladi to Kedar, is a venture by the Patriotic and Shankara devoted Indian Youths to bring all Indians under one platform of Shankara World.  Our country, which is spiritually rich in its culture, is going through a very difficult phase today after its partition in 1947.

Our cavalcade will commence the road journey from Shankara’s birth place Kaladi in Kerala, collecting the holy soil in a kalash and then travel thousands of Kilometers, to finally reach Kedarnath in Himalayas. This will be a historical mission in the history of modern India which will be remembered as Renaissance of Adi Shankara by Indian youth.

Mission intends to spread knowledge on:

Shankara’s life,his devotion to Ancient Indian Culture and teachings. His quest for learning and search for Guru. His journey from Kerala to Narmada banks ( present day Madhya Pradesh). Instructions from his guru to spread Advaita teachings. His contribution to Vedantik literary compositions at Varanasi. His vedic debate and establishiment of supremacy of advaita all over Bharath, a divine task for which Shankara had to come as incarnation of lord Shiva to establish Dharma. His adoration at seat of Sarvagyana in Kashmir. His consecration of Badrinath temple and Kedarnath temple. His unity mission of commencing Kumbh mela and formations of Army as Akhadas. His establishment of teaching monasteries at four corners of Bharath and finally his “Shiv Absorbtion” at Kedar.

Mission Kaladi to Kedar is conceived and being organized by Faith Foundation – India.
